Cool bar area with great welcome drinks. Parking is tough, had to find off-site.

The setting of hotel was particularly good and stunning, right across the street from the ocean. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Amansala Beach Club.
Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

The spacious accommodations featured striking jungle views and wooden floors. The staff delivered really good service, with a strong emphasis on friendly assistance throughout our stay. Despite the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, the dining experience left much to be desired, and I found better options at local eateries. Although there was coffee and a mini-mart nearby for affordable snacks, the overall dining experience could have improved. The rooftop area was perfect for sunset views.

Loved the spacious room with gorgeous jungle views and convenient coffee in our suite! The rooftop area was perfect for catching sunsets, and we really enjoyed lounging by the nearby garden. Just a heads-up, some onsite prices were a bit high, but that didn't take away from our experience 🌅

loved our reasonably large rooms, plus the staff was amazingly attentive.

The private cenote served as a tranquil retreat.
I was appalled by the lack of soundproofing in our room. The late-night music from nearby parties constantly interrupted our sleep. On top of that, the inadequate air conditioning left us feeling uncomfortably warm during the day. To make matters worse, the staff's unfriendliness was palpable, and it was disappointing when they forgot to clean our room, leaving us in a messy situation. This was not the relaxing escape we anticipated.

There were spotless and tastefully decorated rooms with comfy beds. Coffee/tea making machines, a seating area, and a writing desk turned out to be good. The location was central, perfect right across the street from the ocean...

Oh man, the gourmet pizzas at Kappen Ha were on another level! Enjoying breakfast by the private cenote every morning seemed like a dream, totally setting the vibe for our day. And can we talk about the amazing jungle views from my Beautiful Junior Suite? Absolutely amazing!
Now, while the location was killer, prices were a bit too steep, and let's just say the beach club scene wasn't as chill as we hoped. Plus, the unexpected DJ party at the cenote definitely caught us off guard, shaking up our relaxing afternoon. Still, we pushed through and made the best of it.

There's also a popular beach club that's close enough to enjoy, but it could use clearer communication about potential costs.
